Tender Towing Plan

Increase in requirements for Tender size and type of cruising within the super-yacht scene created a need to regulate and lay down a professional dedicated Towing Plan. This takes into account the specific Tender being towed, the towing gear and the towing procedure. The Plan is accompanied by a Risk Assessment and an in-depth analysis of the nature of operation of the yacht.

The procedure outlines the “How” and “What” and serves as a guide and training aid to the crew increasing the Safety during this delicate and complex operation.

MVMSYSTEM utilizes the MVM system to accommodate the plan and risk assessment along with an electronic form serving as a Checklist.

Once the plan has been reviewed by Captain and Management it is held a hard-copy onboard.
